Availability is regulated by Singapore law (MAS + HDB). Not every property type can be used.

Executive Condominium (EC) | 🚫 No (before MOP) | Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) is 5 years. After MOP, EC becomes Private Property → eligible. |
Private Condominium | ✅ Yes | Typically up to 75% LTV. A valuation is required. |
Landed Property | ✅ Yes | More flexibility, potential limits up to $500k. |
Commercial / Industrial | ✅ Yes | Case-by-case, commonly used for SME financing. |
